Description
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for assembly and manufacturing processes in an interdisciplinary product development team at Tumwater
- Planning and procurement of assembly equipment and fixtures
- Development, validation, and optimization of assembly and manufacturing processes
- Introduction and validation of new manufacturing and assembly technologies
- Development of manufacturing processes for connection technology in measurement technology ATE cable assembly
- Improvement of processes to increase productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Creation of feasibility studies
- Responsibility for the product launch of developed products in terms of assembly and manufacturing technology
- Support of international manufacturing sites in terms of assembly processes and equipment
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable degree or equivalent training (e.g. technician or master) with relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of assembly technology, automation technology, control technology, and manufacturing technology
- Independent work style, teamwork skills, and assertiveness
- Good English language skills in speaking and writing
- Willingness to travel
