- Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in incentive design, including goal/budget setting and performance review.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmarks for merchant incentives, staying informed about emerging best practices.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to creator incentives, such as conversion rates, GMV growth,, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the product teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of creator incentive programs.
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze the financial impact of creator incentive programs and optimize resource allocation based on ROI analysis.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of creator incentive programs, recommending and implementing adjustments to maximize their impact.
- 25 years experience of strategic and analytical experience at leading tech companies or consulting firms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python. Proven experience in the ecommerce or related industry, preferably within resource management, and incentives. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Familiarity with financial analysis and ROI calculations related to incentive programs. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
