    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team.

    The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service to all guests, checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, making reservations, and ensuring the front desk area is tidy and welcoming.


    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills
    • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected
    • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
    • Make and modify reservations as needed
    • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    • Assist with other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
