Job Responsibilities**The position is responsible for prepping AV equipment in our warehouse for shipping to show destinations.

Prepares/returns AV equipment.
Packages and labels items appropriately for transportation or based on show requirements.
Works with operations to ensure proper substitutions on shortages.
Receives subrented items into order to ensure fulfillment.
Creates Shipping Manifest or Carnet prior to shipping.
Responsible for pushing the equipment to various docking stations for outbound delivery.
Loads/unloads trucks.
Assists in restocking delivered equipment in various locations throughout the warehouse.
Enters data into R2 (inventory) system.
Documents service in inventory system and reports all damaged equipment to operations.
Keeps detailed records of maintenance, QC, and items entered into repair.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education

Prior experience working in warehouse helpful but not required
Certified to drive sitdown and standup forklifts.
Positive Attitude and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time in a 70,000+ square foot warehouse.
Physical activities include using hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.
