Description
At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as an electronics technician for signaling and safety technology (m/f/d) for DB Netz AG at the locations Bochum, Duisburg, Emmerich (Rhein), Essen, Herne, Moers, Geldern, Oberhausen, Recklinghausen or Wesel.
Your tasks:
  • Your work begins and ends at your central base and all necessary materials, modern equipment and measuring instruments as well as vehicles will be provided for you
  • You will go through our internal qualification program, attend regular training courses and continuously learn
  • You are responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of a variety of different systems and techniques in the field of signaling and safety technology
  • In this role, you will mainly focus on the electronic components, such as signals, switches and interlocking systems, but you will also become familiar with the mechanical components
  • You will carry out your work in your regional area mostly independently and reliably as part of a team
  • You will be responsible for the maintenance of electrical indoor and outdoor facilities, but your main work will be outdoors

  • You have successfully completed your training in the field of electronics or electrical engineering (e.g. as an electrician, electronics technician for industrial engineering or automation technology, electrical installer or in a comparable
