Contemporary Tiny Homes is an exciting new business in Connecticut. We'll design, market, sell and build Tiny Homes, also known as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, understanding their needs, motivation and concerns, gathering all relevant and necessary data, and advancing them through our sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and the sales teams to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries with a positive, customerfirst attitude.
  • Advocate for customers' needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Enter new and update existing customer information in our CRM, recording relevant notes and generating action items to the appropriate internal teams so we are responsive to our customers' needs.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of our customer engagement and sales guidelines, and suggest improvements.
  • Requirement:_ at least two years of experience as a client service, sales or call center representative, preferably in the home services or real estate industries.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
