- Bachelor of Science in technical field or 4 years of work-related experience in lieu of degree will be considered,
- Active Top Secret//Sensitive Compartmented Information with Counterintelligence Information (TS/SCI CI) Polygraph.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master certification,
- Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, and Assess (F2T2EA) dynamic targeting process.
- Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act (OODA) loop approach to decision-making.
- Task, Collect, Process, Exploit, and Disseminate (TCPED) process for operations and intelligence planners to synchronize resources; and
- Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing & Integration, and Maintenance (PADITIM) Software Development Life Cycle.

You bring skills you learned as an intern or in real-world operational environments to aid in all your responsibilities.
What you'll get to do:
You are being mentored on responsibilities for a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master / Team Coach for an Agile team. You facilitate team events and processes and support Teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering value.
In addition to your learning, you help educate the team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, SAFe, and the operational knowledge that you bring to the table while ensuring that the agreed Agile processes are followed. You also learn to remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
