- Competitive pay range: $50-55 per hour.

- Provide direct nursing care to senior residents in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
- Active Massachusetts RN license.
- Full vaccination for COVID-19.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
