Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Assist with transcribing documents and preparing reports
- Assist with tax return processing
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
- Assist with records management
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
- Experience in a CPA office is helpful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
