Our Cardlock department is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive lead generation efforts through effective cold calling strategies.

Job Overview:


As an Inside Sales Representative for the Cardlock department, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on lead generation and cold calling prospective clients to promote our services, build relationships, and expand our customer base.


Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of introducing our cardlock program, identifying their needs, and scheduling follow-up meetings.

Telemarketing: Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to promote our cardlock program, qualify leads, and schedule virtual appointments. Engage in persuasive conversations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

Qualification and Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, pain points, and objectives. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize opportunities for further engagement.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system. Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating key accounts, overcoming objections, and closing deals. Provide valuable insights and feedback based on market trends and customer feedback.

Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Take ownership of individual targets and proactively seek opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.


Requirements:

Proven Inside Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the fuel or cardlock industry.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and articulate the value proposition of our services.

Persistence and Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and persistently pursue leads to achieve targets.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
