  • Spring Creek Healthcare Center will pay for your nursing assistant certification (Course value of over $500)

    • What do we ask from you?

    Requirements

  • Effective communication
  • Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regard to long-term care
  • Willingness to obtain certification within 120 days of employment

    • Job Duties

  • Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
  • Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
  • Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
  • Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive an appropriate diet
  • Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
  • Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
