SUMMARY:

The Internal Operations Supervisor is responsible for effectively organizing and coordinating the workflow of branch operations impacting order processing, permitting, revenue recognition, installer pay, accounts receivable, and scheduling. This position is also responsible for the implementation of lean processes within these functions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise the Service Department & Ordering Team; maximizing efficiency of teams and delivering high level of customer service throughout the process

Manage data input (through Salesforce) into designated computer systems to assure accuracy and maximize first time throughout the process

Coordinate and oversee job folders and other documents related to operational functions

Ensure open communication between sales, operations and install teams on a daily basis

Lead and develop lean, efficient, and standardized methods within functions, with a consistent emphasis on continuous improvement

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures

Provide training and direct daily work of direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of outstanding operations & customer service experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education

Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision

Proven ability to remain calm during stressful situations

Excellent organizational skills

Demonstrated leadership skills in directing, managing, and motivating employees

Excellent communication skills

Excellent analytical skills

Dependability in meeting deadlines, follow-through, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Salary Information:

Compensation is a range $75,000-$80,000

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays to use at your discretion, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
