- Within People Operations, review, develop, promote & enforce policies, procedures, and documentation
- Ensure that our clients documentation, handbook and policies remain compliant and up to date by monitoring federal, state, local & industry regulations.
- Work with the leadership team on employee succession & development planning.
- Manage compliance for federal & state requirement reporting including but not limited to:
- Facilitate change management particularly during M&A activities or new, large start-up initiatives.
- Collaborate cross functionally on people initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in business administration, HR or relevant fields, or equivalent prior work experience.
- Experience with strategic planning, organizational development and change management
- Strong and recent experience in data collection, analysis, and management for ad hoc reporting and audits
- Experience in job analysis, competency modeling and assessment, succession & development planning
- Experience in policy and/or process development and management
- General knowledge of employment / labor laws
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS / HCMS

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
