What you will do:


  • Advising customers and selling additional services according to their needs
  • Creating and billing rental contracts using a reservation system
  • Handling administrative tasks in the back office
  • Corresponding with customers
  • Managing complaints
  • Managing vehicle dispatch

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a travel agent, hotel clerk, or retail clerk
  • Alternatively: first relevant experience in serviceoriented fields, e.g. sales, reception, travel agency, call center, or flight attendant
  • Career changers are also welcome
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Openminded, confident, and communicative personality
  • Handson mentality and strong team spirit
