    Description

    Position: Client Service Representative/New Business Processor

    Location: Erie, PA

    Company: West Advisory Group

    Salary: $40,000 - $55,000/year

    Type: Full-time, In-office

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

    West Advisory Group, a leader in retirement planning and wealth management, is seeking a Client Service Representative/New Business Processor for our Erie, PA office. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about finance, insurance, and providing outstanding client service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage new client applications and paperwork with high accuracy.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for account openings and servicing.
    • Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
    • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance is preferred but not required.
    • High attention to detail with strong numerical and paperwork management skills.
    • Team player, reliable, and receptive to coaching.
    • Highly motivated with a drive to assist others and achieve excellent results.
