What we expect of you


Duties:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Assist with quoting jobs and writing contracts
  • Order job materials and cabinet components
  • Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Provide personal assistant support to management as needed
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain websites, social media, advertising, and marketing
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support accounting with invoicing and file maintenance
  • Help coordinate jobs with plumbers, electricians, flooring, and contractors

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
