Description
What we expect of youDuties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with quoting jobs and writing contracts
- Order job materials and cabinet components
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Provide personal assistant support to management as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain websites, social media, advertising, and marketing
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support accounting with invoicing and file maintenance
- Help coordinate jobs with plumbers, electricians, flooring, and contractors
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay:
