- Provide BIM/Revit and other design software support to project teams; interpret and produce BIM/Revit drawings from sketches, verbal instructions, or notes from project leads.
- Demonstrate an understanding of plans, sections, and elevations by assisting with concept design of basic massing, plans, sections, elevations, and basic detailing concepts.
- Exhibit time management skills by completing tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Produce and maintain project records in support of studio project management.
- Assist project team and market/studio leadership with other duties that may be assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- At least one year of architectural project experience
- Proficiency with design software including BIM/Revit as well as familiarity with Sketch-Up or other graphic programs like InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- LEED accreditation
- Prior experience with Education projects
