Description

We are looking for a self motivated person to make service and repair calls at our locations in the Phoenix Area.

The calls range from light plumbing and electrical, miscellaneous repairs, AC filter replacement etc. You must possess tools and truck. We do pay time and gas between jobs. As well as offer Insurance, PTO, and a 401K with match.

Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years in the construction/ maintenance industry. You must have experience in minor electrical, drywall, texturing and painting, flooring, general maintenance and repair. You must have reliable transportation (truck preferred) and your own tools. You should enjoy solving problems. Have great time management.

This is a full-time position that requires travel and flexible hours and willingness to work overnight or Sundays occasionally for repairs that can not be done during business hours.

The hours are flexible but early morning or nights are preferred due to wanting to have majority of maintenance repaired outside of normal business hours.

Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
