IT PremiseLink CTS seeks to contract with a new part time Installer in the Hartford area.

Responsibilities include delivery and initial setup as well as testing of medical alert devices and medication dispensers in clients' homes.

Installation is simple and requires no previous experience. We provide training and all tooling necessary. All appointments are made according to your schedule and territory. Consistent communication is key.

We offer generous compensation for easy installations.

What you will be doing:


  • Installing, servicing, replacing or retrieving our medical alarms from existing clients
  • Traveling to clients' homes to install "plug and play" medical alert systems
  • Explaining to clients how the equipment works and testing the unit with them
  • Collecting information from the clients to send back to the agency
  • Answering any questions the clients have about the system

  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • An operating motor vehicle and valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Ability to pass a preemployment background check and drug screen
