    Description

  • Ensures that the access goals of Service Lines, Clinics, the Network Service Center, and other partner across The MetroHealth System are met.
  • Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) front end and scheduling module functionalitiesAccess to reliable transportation to travel to satellite locations as needed.
  • Ability to work an on-call rotational schedule.
  • Preferred:Certified in Epic Cadence.
  • Experience with Epic Cadence's template, questionnaire, and other related functionalities, MyChart, CRM tools, and other front-end applications.
  • Experience with formal process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean and Six Sigma).
