- Provide educational opportunities that instill greater advocacy and awareness of the jane iredale brand by utilizing, E-learning, Webinars, JIU and
- Demonstrate, educate and sell-in promotions by using IC marketing resources.
- Work within budgeted Clean Beauty Artist hours to support territory initiatives.
- High school diploma required. AA or BA degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years inside sales experience required.
- Experience within consumer goods servicing salons, spas, physicians' offices, and retail merchants preferred.
- Experience working with a CRM database and web-based video conferencing preferred. Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook required.
- Self-motivated problem solver with result driven focus.
- Handle multiple tasks proficiently and in an organized timely manner.
- Ability to actively listen and collaborate with others and convey information in a clear, concise manner.

The Sales Development Consultant will be responsible for achieving sales, marketing and education within an assigned Inside Sales Territory. Territory will consist of small to mid-size accounts that will be supported remotely and a small local territory that will be supported in person.
