We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable
Service Assistant (m/f/d) for our branch in Kempten, Midwest City.
Your responsibilities:
- Customer consultation and appointment scheduling
- Order acceptance and creation with invoice billing
- Processing of warranty and goodwill claims
- Handling of insurance claims
- Cash management
Requirements:
- You have a commercial education, preferably in the automotive industry, e.g. automotive salesman / automotive saleswoman / industrial salesman / industrial saleswoman ... (m/f/d)
- You have a communicative and competent demeanor
- You have a structured and reliable way of working
- You are resilient and flexible
- You are a team player
