- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost targets.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and report regularly to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer strategies.
- Drive business growth and improve profitability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related manufacturing discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in account management or sales within the electronics manufacturing or EMS industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers, and closing deals in the electronics sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and electronic manufacturing processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Skilled in planning, prioritization, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
