The Administrative Coordinator supports our Pepsi Equipment Services (PES) market managers and location supervisors throughout the North Division, by executing administrative, supply chain, and logistics operations-based tasks.
Responsabilities:
- Provide administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner.
- Answer and respond to incoming calls with professionalism in a pleasant demeanor.
- Organized/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
- Daily interactions with market managers and location supervisors.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material.
- Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft and Word, Power Point, Excel, Business Objects and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Provide backup support for equipment scheduling and customer call confirmation.
- Liaison between the MEM, MES, Sales Teams, the HUB, and Scheduling Team
- Weekly SIP participation
- Receive equipment and pay bills in APS
- Print Daily HUB Prep Paperwork
- Assist with weekly HUB Sourcing
- Guide period inventory process: data entry, assist Property Exception Listing (PEL) resolution, and inventory control.
- DOT/ FADV compliance to include
- VCR/Fleet service, Hours of service, DQF files, and safety
- Kronos Administrator
- Process payroll
- GCS compliance reporting/records retention, accrual tracking
- Equipment Service Invoicing (ESI) Designate
- Ensure the timely processing of all invoices
- Support new hire and onboarding process
- Track compliance with all special projects to insure timely completion
- Support review of the dispatch grid (Continuous Dispatch) and Roster submissions.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 $57,000 based on a fulltime schedule.
- Location, confirmed jobrelated skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in prioritizing work and multitasking, strong sense of urgency.
- Outstanding organizational and followup skills.
- Sensitivity with confidential information
- Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations, keeping management involved as needed.
- Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for other (internal and external)
- Requires creative thinking and problemsolving skills
- Must be strong team player and assist another department as needed
- Willingness to learn and take on project
- 2+ year experience Admin support
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred, not required.
- Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft and Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
