    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Seeking a new opportunity within a school district? ProCare Therapy proudly collaborates with an outstanding school district in Hemet, CA, in search of a dedicated SLPA to join their team for the ongoing school year

    SLPA Job Description:

    • Assist with Assessments: Conduct screenings and assist in administering assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
    • Support Therapy Sessions: Aid in implementing therapy sessions designed by the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), including carrying out activities and exercises to address speech and language goals.
    • Document Progress: Keep detailed records of students' progress during therapy sessions, including observations and data collection to track improvements or challenges.
    • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the SLP, teachers, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans, as well as provide input on students' needs and progress.

    Interview Process:

    • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
    • 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
    • Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
