ProCare Therapy is excited to partner with a fantastic school district in Temecula, CA, seeking a committed Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join their team!     Speech Language Pathology Assistant Pay & Benefits:

    • Competitive hourly compensation range ($35-42 per hour)

    Speech Language Pathology Assistant Job Description:

    • Support speech-language pathologists in implementing therapy plans and interventions
    • Address speech and language needs of students individually or in small groups
    • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to help students reach communication goals
    • Keep accurate records and progress reports
    • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to personalized education plans

    Speech Language Pathology Assistant Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
    • Valid SLPA certification from an accredited program
    • Compliance with state licensure requirements
    • Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
    • Knowledge of speech and language development in children

    Interview Process:

    • Short screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
    • Virtual interview with the school
    • Job offer typically within 24 hours of the interview
