Have you ever heard of the term Lean Management? Do you love improving existing processes? Do you enjoy developing new concepts that lead to the optimization of work processes? Are you looking for a new challenge?

For my client, a globally operating logistics company based in Germany, I am looking for a Process Manager (m/f/d) for direct placement in a permanent position at the PUMA logistics center in Geiselwind.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the sustainable development of existing logistics and IT processes at our client's location
You analyze and develop concepts for optimizing work processes, material flows, etc. and implement standards and new processes
You visually map our processes using Lean Management methods to make them transparent for everyone and identify inefficiencies and potential for improvement
You take on the planning and implementation of new process flows in close cooperation with the operational departments and site management
You independently initiate and lead various optimization and implementation projects in the warehouse and create business cases as a basis for subsequent management decisions
You conduct feasibility studies, create implementation plans, and develop operational reporting measures for process owners

Requirements

You have successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, logistics management, or a comparable education
