• We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to help support and grow a wholesale import and distribution business

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability (understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support)
• Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
• Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
• Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc) of prospective client information
• Helping with inside sales and other office tasks as needed such as researching potential leads, making sales calls, etc.
• Making outbound prospective phone calls to convert prospects to new customers.

• Proven experience in customer service (at least 13 years)
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of "backoffice" computer systems (ERP software, MS Office)
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
• Ability to generate new business from leads is a PLUS
• Hydraulics industry knowledge is a PLUS and some mechanical background is helpful
