Position Summary

Responsibilities:


  • Manage outreach events and sessions to appropriate audiences.
  • Strategize, plan, and develop key outreach messages and assets.
  • Translate outreach objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Lead and direct outreach methods and initiatives.
  • Ensure communication and brand standards are met.
  • Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to the outreach team.
  • Oversee and manage outreach materials and distribution across the state.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Solid knowledge of event planning.
  • Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the school's brand and creative in mind.
  • Ability to communicate outreach strategies and options clearly.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands
Requires the ability to lift, squat, sit, bend, and/or stand as necessary. Ability to travel to other sites/locations as needed.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or related field.
  • 15plus years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
, OnBase, PowerSchool, and Digital Sign Software.


Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Valid PA Driver's License
  • Appropriate Automobile Insurance Coverage
