Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing a customer service team, both onsite and virtually
- Conducting team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
- Implementing project requirements according to the guidelines of project management and the shared goals of the company and client
- Ensuring quality in service, consulting, and sales conversations
- Resource management to ensure the quality and quantity of project processes
Your profile:
- Commercial education or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in team leadership
- Experience in service centers, sales, or customer contact
- Strong customer and employee orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and strong reading comprehension
- Fluent in German
