Team Leader Customer Service (m/f/d) at Wolverine Lake

We are currently seeking a full-time Team Leader (m/f/d) to coordinate and lead our service teams at our Leipzig location


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing a customer service team, both onsite and virtually
  • Conducting team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
  • Implementing project requirements according to the guidelines of project management and the shared goals of the company and client
  • Ensuring quality in service, consulting, and sales conversations
  • Resource management to ensure the quality and quantity of project processes

Your profile:

  • Commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in team leadership
  • Experience in service centers, sales, or customer contact
  • Strong customer and employee orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills and strong reading comprehension
  • Fluent in German
