The Marketing Department Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing Director and department team.

  • Provides general administrative support including serving as front office receptionist greeting visitors directing guests to appropriate departments receiving distributing regular interoffice mail managing shipping mailing collateral materials RGV San Antonio regions placing orders for office cleaning supplies reviewing internal external sponsorship requests maintaining detailed tracking spreadsheet preparing organizing delivering sponsorship packets communicating final decisions identifying opportunities enhance banks visibility directing approved sponsored events Community Outreach coordinators managing communication employees regarding sponsored events ensuring clear timely invite messaging RSVP tracking seating assignments ticket distribution maximizing attendance engagement coordinating event organizers tables seamless experience employees guests serving primary point contact local Chambers Commerce verifying required documentation submitting items committee evaluation communicating approvals denials arranging check pickups note taker Marketing Committee capturing key discussion points action items meetings participates specific training Bank programs online regulatory compliance courses applicable function ensuring actions comply federal banking laws regulations internal bank policies procedures failure adhere requirements grounds disciplinary action probation termination
