This role encompasses various duties such as receptionist services, mail management, phone calls handling, sponsorship requests review and event coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides general administrative support to the Marketing Department by serving as the front office receptionist.
  • Manage communication to employees regarding sponsored events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all local Chambers of Commerce.
