Qualifications:
Prior experience in this field and knowledge of the construction process
Is responsible for fielding, documenting and communicating numerous service requests
Adequately schedule appropriate individuals to the proper projects, repairs and inspections and insuring that transactions are completed to plan
Must be extremely detail oriented with good organizational skills
Capable of timely client resolutions and work in a fast paced environment
Good attendance and punctuality
Good written and oral communication skills
Job Requirements:
Must be in constant contact with our clients and technicians to insure that all requests are met and documented
For pre-scheduled work, Coordinating materials and tools where required
Follow up on outstanding and open issues and repair issues to insure the completion of work assignments
Communicate to management and various departments each day issues with personnel, or clients if they are detracting from the completion of the tasks
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
