    DDR Construction Superintendent

    Are you a highly skilled Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in Commercial Construction? Do you have a passion for overseeing Ground-Up and Tenant Fit-Out projects for New Restaurant Construction?

    We are looking for a talented Construction Superintendent to work throughout the Maryland/DC area. As part of our team, you will be responsible for daily supervision, quality control, and ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. You will have the opportunity to interact with management, architects, owners, and inspectors, while also working closely with subcontractors and overseeing deliveries on various job sites.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily supervision of construction sites
    • Ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
    • Interact with management, architects, owners, and inspectors
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee deliveries
    • Read and understand blueprints

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
    • Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills
    • Ability to operate forklift, skid steer, and mini excavator
    • Experience with ProCore and MS Project
    • High school degree
