    Essential Responsibilities:

    • To ensure quality and model fidelity
    • To ensure quality service and compliance with regulatory bodies
    • To develop and implement educational and treatment plans for children in need
    • To prioritize the safety and well-being of children
    • To facilitate positive relationships between youth and their families
    • To maintain communication between programs, families, and community agencies
    • To oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of effective treatment services for youth
    • To provide intensive therapeutic services to children and families

    Qualifications:

    • State Police clearance, FBI clearance, child abuse clearance, CPSL Mandated Reporter training
    • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance

    Working Conditions:

    • Physical Demands: Requires vision, speech, and hearing
    • Environmental Factors: Community, home, school
    • Working Hours: Non-traditional schedule based on service needs and crisis 'on-call'
