Responsibilities:


  • Management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Handling of reminders and payment transactions
  • Reconciliation and clarification of accounts
  • Booking and processing of bank accounts and cash
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
  • Support in business planning and trend forecasting
  • Reporting of statistics

Requirements:


  • Completed commercial education with relevant professional experience in financial accounting or further training as an accountant (m/f/d)
  • Good knowledge of HGB accounting standards
  • Independent, systematic, and detailoriented work style
  • High reliability, especially when handling confidential information and data
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of English is desirable.
