We are looking for:

We are currently seeking several interested, motivated, and skilled customer service professionals, administrative staff, and telecommunication specialists (m/f) for our regional clients in Gera in the energy sector.

(INBOUND)

We also welcome career changers with good computer skills

Your responsibilities:

In the field of energy billing, you will handle telephone and written customer service and process the following customer inquiries:
Account clarification
Master data changes
Bank data changes
Customer portal inquiries
Invoicing
Customer retention
Debt management (payment reminders/payment agreements)

Your profile:

Commercial education

- or experience as a telephone customer service representative
- good computer skills (MS Office, Excel spreadsheet)
- good communication skills
- willingness to work in 2 shifts (time frame from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm on a weekly rotation, no weekends)
- mother shift is possible

Salary €15/h

- €500 starting bonus for full-time
