Retail Shipping Coordinator
This position is based in person at our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters.

- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives into an organized sequence of doing 1 thing at a time.
- Looking to grow with our quickly expanding business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing all necessary shipping documents
- Schedule Couriers between locations or direct to client
- Packing and gift wrapping fine jewelry shipments
- Generating return shipping labels
- Receiving all returns to company and notifying appropriate parties
- Receive all repairs and coordinate with production team
- Maintain and track inventory levels of packaging
- Identify lapses in efficiency and offer insights, innovative solutions, and improvements to workflows
Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in retail or ecommerce
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment with frequently changing dynamics
- Capable of working a consistent weekly schedule of Monday
- Friday 10 am 6pm
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Shipping experience is a plus.
- Salary range is $24$26 hourly, comm. with experience; impeccable references required._
Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
