5pm – 5am Rotating Schedule

Responsibilities:

Responding to production requests for immediate attention to production line issues and problems
Maintaining production equipment
Maintaining records of preventative maintenance
Creating requisitions of parts and supplies to maintain equipment
Using knowledge to maintain electrical/electronic systems and general production line equipment
Identifying problem areas and addressing with permanent solutions
Following all safety and quality procedures and policies

Requirements:

Associates degree or equivalent from technical school or college
3 years of maintenance experience/training
Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to make decisions based on standard practice
Advanced understanding of production machinery and equipment
Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshooting, and problem solving
Advanced understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings
Familiarity with OSHA requirements
Basic computer skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and pull
Ability to lift/move 50 pounds
Repetitive work in fastpaced environment
Ability to work in temperatures between 5060 degrees
