Our client, an automotive technology company, is a global leader in active safety and restraint control systems.

To expand our team, we are looking for:

Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities

  • Acting as an occupational safety specialist and burnout counselor within the company
  • Responsibility for and followup on the list of deficiencies and points listed there
  • Creation of accident statistics
  • Creation of newsletters
  • Training and instruction of employees and managers
  • Participation in the creation of 8D reports
  • Support and organization of health days

Your profile

  • Completed training as a staterecognized technician, master or engineer (bachelor's or master's degree)
  • Completed training as an occupational safety specialist
  • At least 13 years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety
  • Further training as a burnout counselor, stress management coach or similar is desirable
  • Willingness to travel to subsidiary locations within Bavaria (approximately 23 times per month)
