Automotive Journeyman Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to nonmechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay.
• Maintain high fixed first visit and customer satisfaction

Automotive Journeyman Technician Requirements:

2+ years of Journeyman Technician experience

• CDJR strongly preferred:
• Must have previous Automotive Dealership experience
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.

Pay:
$80, $150,000.00 per year
