Project Coordinator Intern to join our team and be a part of our continued success.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for growth and development


Project Coordinator Internship Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside senior project coordinators and project managers on active projects.
  • Review and issue shop drawings for approval and fabrication.
  • Draft and submit RFIs on project design to clients.
  • Review design drawings to draft change order notices.
  • Communicate relevant project information to the design team and inhouse project team.
  • Assist Project Manager in the review of project requirements.
  • Receive training and use of Tekla Structures, and Tekla PowerFab.
  • Attend weekly project meeting to discuss project progress.

Project Coordinator Intern Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering degree.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, and Outlook.
  • This is a summer internship program with the possibility of extension based on an individuals performance and business need.
