When you join RadNet as a_Training and Quality Improvement Analyst_ you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders
- patients, providers, payors, and regulators achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Perform daily work review within RIS, Ipass, Calabrio, and Cisco.
- Track findings.
- Communicate feedback to team members in a positive, educational, and timely manner.
- Coach and train team members to understand and adhere to workflow guidelines, improve efficiency, and quality of work.
- Identify and report trends.
- Participate in weekly collaboration sessions.
- Evaluate modes of training and feedback delivery, and assist in the development of alternate
If You Are:
- Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
- You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues
- You have a structured work approach, understand complex problems are and you are able to prioritize work in a fastpaced environment.
To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Healthcare insurance verification and authorization experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous audit, coaching, and/or training experience preferred.
- Ability to share information effectively and provide appropriate direction to team members.
- Ability to type accurately with precise data entry skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to multitask and work under pressure effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Demonstrates organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay Range:
USD $ USD $21.60 /per hour Shift:
Mornings Shift Variations:
Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm
