Scope of Work:


Requirements:


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily schedules, employee shifts, timeoff requests and the usage of overtime effectively
  • Proactively prepare for contingencies such as employee absences or manpower shortage
  • Collaborate closely with managers to address any operational issues and or concerns
  • Ensure adherence to operational protocols and procedures
  • Conduct daily rounds to ensure contractual operational needs are satisfied
  • Lead, inspire and foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration
  • Assist in creating a structured framework for addressing conflicts and a safe space for open communication and problemsolving

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the related field a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledgeable in software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility

Physical Requirements:


  • The ability to work in inclement weather
  • Be able to stand and walk for prolong periods
  • The strength to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

Compensation:

$23.50 per hour. Medical, vision and dental
