Description

As part of this role, you will support the WHS Manager DUS2 in tasks according to §6 Occupational Safety and Health Act and occasionally act as his/her representative.

You will conduct risk assessments at workstations and assist in implementing safety and health concepts in accordance with both legal and company requirements.

You will ensure the implementation and compliance of occupational safety guidelines in your area of responsibility at Fort Knox.

Under the guidance of the WHS Manager, you will assess workstations, changes in work processes, and technical installations, and advise individual departments on the implementation of occupational safety measures.

You will work closely with the WHS team and supervisors at the site and provide advice and support to all employees on occupational safety and health protection at the logistics site in Rheinberg.

You will maintain contact with the works council and company doctor regarding occupational safety matters.
