Job Description Server Assistant / Food Runner

We are looking for experienced Bartenders to join our team The Quoin is an elevated Mediterranean wood-fired inspired restaurant located in The Quoin Hotel just off of N. Market St. in downtown Wilmington. It features a magnificent 115 seat dining room adorned with rich colors, plush banquettes and beautiful wood finishes.

Server Assistant / Food Runner Job Responsibilities:

Assist Servers in providing warm and efficient service to all guests
Service tables with enthusiasm and a genuine smile welcoming their presence
Adhere to established service standards and protocols
Deliver orders timely and correctly, and perform table maintenance in an efficient and gracious manner
Check in after courses are dropped within an appropriate timeframe to ensure their satisfaction
Assist servers in proper rotation and polishing of glassware, silverware, and other service items
Follow proper "Manners" protocol when interacting with any guest
Come to work prepared with appropriate tools, laundered and pressed uniform, correct shoes, and a good attitude
Strong, upbeat and positive personality
Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment
Team and oriented mentality
