Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Processor to join our team.
The Processor will be responsible for the cleaning, handling and cutting of fish along with a variety of cutting techniques.
Duties:
- Sharpen knifes, clean and cut fish.
- Operate the processing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Skills:
- Experience in food production/processing, preferably in the meat industry.
- Knowledge of meat processing and techniques associated.
- Familiarity with
- Proficiency in handling food safely and following safe processing standards
- Need to interact with team members effectively
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
