Accountant (m/f/d) with focus on invoicing

Your responsibilities:


• Managing the entire accounts receivable process (collection, debt collection, payment transactions, and documentation)


• Processing incoming invoices


• Assisting with monthly and quarterly financial statements


• Maintaining master data and booking general business transactions


• Acting as a contact person for business customers and departments


• Project work and taking on special tasks

Your qualifications:


• Completed commercial or tax-related vocational training advantageous


• Several years of professional experience in the area of accounts payable and receivable desirable


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern ERP and CRM systems


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365


• Good knowledge of English advantageous
