Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales.

Duties:


  • Identify and target potential customers in the market
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and followups
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive for results
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer data
  • Experience in business development and account management is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
