We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate with a proven track record in selling high-ticket luxury items to join our team and convert leads into revenue.


As a Sales Associate at our luxury medspa, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales, ensuring the clinic meets its strict sales targets.

We provide an abundance of leads; your primary role will be to leverage your sales expertise to turn these opportunities into successful transactions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Convert leads for noninvasive medical treatments into revenue.
  • Achieve strict sales targets to retain your position.
  • Utilize a variety of sales techniques to close deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Understand and communicate the benefits of our treatments to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of our services and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in selling highticket luxury items
    (10year minimum strictly in a sales only position).
  • Exceptional closing skills with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and a customerfocused approach.
  • Previous experience in the medspa industry is a plus but not required.
